However, to get the full benefits offered to our register professional vendors, you'll need to register your account with us. Registering streamlines ordering and allows us to understand your business needs better so we can provide the best value. It also gives you access to volume pricing and other potential benefits that come with being an established, known vendor in our system. We aim to develop relationships with trade professionals to offer the right mix of service, savings, and simplicity tailored to your business. New vendors start with prepayment or COD terms. We offer net 15-day and 30-day terms to established vendors once we have developed a solid payment history together. After 6 months of consistent on-time payments, we will review your account for potential net 15-day or 30-day terms. We want to develop mutually beneficial long-term relationships with our vendors, and this policy allows us to extend credit responsibly while ensuring timely payments.
If you are currently a registered professional landscaper or contractor in the Mulch and More system, but do not currently qualify for our standard 15-day or 30-day net terms, we may be able to make payment accommodations on a per-project basis. We encourage you to speak with our account manager to discuss the details of your specific project and potential payment options.
While we cannot guarantee upfront what payment terms may be approved, we are willing to explore arrangements that meet both the vendor's needs and our risk management policies. Factors we take into consideration include the overall size of the project, where the project is taking place, projected order volumes, duration of the project, and other variables.

We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Saturday 8:00 AM to Noon. Closed on Sunday and major holidays.

We make every effort to keep standard landscape products in stock. However, some specialty items are only available in bags, in bulk, or through custom orders placed with manufacturers.
The production and stocking of certain products is based on product availability in the wild, seasonal demand, and other factors. We don't have control of inventory levels at all times.

Our policy requires 30% to 50% down. The exact percentage is based upon the type of project when placing a product/project order. The balance is due upon completion of the project. We're here to help - talk to us if you have any concerns.

Yes, we deliver. There's a charge based upon an industry standard freight mileage formula. Ask about delivering when placing your order.
A delivery fee based on mileage applies to each order, separate from the product price. This covers our costs to safely transport materials to your location. Local neighborhood deliveries start at $20, and our most distance incurred fee is $160. We aim to provide upfront estimates so you know what to expect. Rest assured our drivers take the most direct route, and we work to keep delivery pricing reasonable. Please contact us if you have any questions about estimated delivery charges. No, we do not automatically add a delivery gratuity. If you choose to tip the driver, it's at your discretion.
Yes, you can ask for a specific delivery date and approximate time. Be sure to talk over the specifics when placing your order.
We deliver to curb side, however, upon request we'll drop in other locations, if it's considered safe and without any restrictions for all parties. The final decision is based upon the driver's on-site judgement. Should you intend to make a request other than for curb side delivery, please inform Mulch and More when placing your order.
